Based in Market Deeping and covering parts of the Peterborough & South Lincolnshire areas*. We are a small team of well trained customer focused staff who have extensive knowledge of the local area.
* We usually only manage property within a 6 mile radius of Market Deeping.
We will provide a cost effective and flexible service for Landlords with fees at just 10% plus VAT.
For Landlords that wish to manage their own properties we also offer an Advertise only or Tenant Finder Service.
For Tenants we offer the reassurance of deposit protection and competitive, transparent fees to help you find your ideal home.
We are a member of the PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME so in the unlikely event that you are not happy with our service, you can utilise the scheme to help resolve any issues.
We use the DEPOSIT PROTECTION SERVICE which is completely secure for both tenants and Landlords
